Any big paddler will tell you that it's hard to find a kayak
that's both performing and comfortable. The Big Dominatrix is just
that; a performance orientated kayak that allows bigger paddlers
to do all the moves that the smaller boats can do...and possibly
more. The Big Dominatrix' hull is designed to carry a heavier
load, yet remain fast, carve with precision, and cartwheel like a
dream. In fact, it's the most stable boat on end for larger
paddlers, and that means many more ends. It's also the loosest
kayak for large paddlers owing to its wide ends, Slip system hull
and vertical sidewalls.

Comfortable Fit
For
this kind of performance, you'd expect to be squeezed into some
type of medieval torture device, but this could not be further
from the truth. The Big Dominatrix is generally regarded as one of
the most comfortable boats for bigger paddlers. Using foot tunnels
and knee tunnels - rather than just foot and knee bumps - means
paddlers of various sizes can comfortably fit in the boat. The
scalloped ends take volume out, while the high volume center makes
the boat both retentive and comfortable. A big dream come
true...big time!
The Big Dominatrix is available in 2 sizes, grouped by volume and
paddler weight: 52 gallons (80-140 lbs.) or 58 gallons (140-200
lbs.).
