The Excursion allows
mid to large sized paddlers of all skill levels to set off for a
weekend or a week away. A stable cruiser, due to its 17’2” length
and tumblehome hull design, Excursion’s soft chines, partnered with
it’s slightly asymmetrical fish form make it a great kayak for
paddlers of all skill levels looking to head out for an extended
tour. The hull's light rocker and pointed taper permit it to hold’s
its line even in adverse conditions.

comfort Riot prides itself on. Easy entry and exit coupled with all
the key contact points allow for excellent control. Large hatches
offer quick and easy access to the impressive amounts of gear this
kayak will handle. In addition to the stern and bow hatch, a gear
net is located under the front of the cockpit for quick access to
things like maps, snacks and other items you need close at hand.
